It includes circular economy transition, pollution prevention, physical risks prevention elements arising from extreme weather events, social cohesion, labour relations, and sound management risk respectively. Transition risks include risks inherent in the large-scale transformation required to shift to a low-carbon economy. Current global market scenarios demand for an urgent need to address issues regarding ESG factors and ensure resiliency and long-term returns.
